This website describes 9 Side Media's paid advertising and creative production services. Nothing on it is a binding offer of specific pricing or contract terms — those are only set once we've agreed on scope in writing.

No guaranteed results

Paid advertising and creative production outcomes depend on your offer, your market, your budget, and factors outside our control. We design, build, and optimize campaigns and content with real skill and effort, but we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volume, or revenue.

Content and ownership

Photos, videos, copy, and designs on this site belong to Nine Side Media LLC or the clients and photo/video subjects who own them, unless otherwise noted. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking first.

Engagements and payment

Actual services — ad management, photo or video shoots, and everything else we offer — are governed by the proposal or contract you sign with us, including scope, pricing, and payment terms. This website is informational and doesn't override that agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 9 Side Media isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability for any signed engagement is governed by that engagement's own contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update this page from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
