This site is operated by Nine Side Media LLC ("9 Side Media," "we," "us"), based in Phoenix, Arizona.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us — nothing more. That's typically your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, and details about your project or ad goals, submitted through our contact forms or the "Book A Call" qualifier. If you email us directly at hello@9sidemedia.com, we also have whatever you include in that email.

We do not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party website analytics on this site. If that changes — for example, if we add Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel down the road — we'll update this page to say so.

To prepare a quote, proposal, or strategy for your business
If you become a client, to deliver the services you've hired us for

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run this site — currently, that's Formspree, which processes our contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's reasonably useful for following up with you. If you become a client, we keep project-related information for the length of our engagement and for standard business recordkeeping afterward.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and decision-makers. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
